* Our payment policies:
1. we prefer paypal and stripe for convenience and security.
2. you may send money orders, cashier's checks, traveler's checks, or personal checks. it must be received within 10 business days from order completion if it is a domestic mail. for international mailing, you have 14 business days for payment. any order, if not paid in time, is subject to cancellation. the purchased item(s) will be shipped within 1 business day AFTER the payment is cleared.
* Our return policies:
1. Please email us first BEFORE returning your purchase.
2. Full immediate refund upon return is guaranteed if and only if the item was sold defective or materially different from our advertisement AND if the item returns postmarked within 10 business days of original delivery and in the same condition that it was sold. The item will be replaced whenever possible, with all extra shipping cost on us.
3. For all other returns, refund minus an appropriate amount of deduction for value depreciation and handling / restocking will be issued upon the return of the item.

* Our shipping policies
1. by default, a single standard CD will ship USPS first class domestic and international.
3. by default, we ship everything heavier than a single standard CD via USPS media mail within the US. any significant difference between shipping charge and the actual shipping cost will be refunded immediately after shipping. you can also contact us about a specific listing so that we can adjust the listing's shipping method and charge if warranted.
4. if you have completed payment for multiple orders going to one address, we will refund the excess shipping charge immediately after shipping.
5. Upon the buyer's request and at the buyer's expense, unless indicated otherwise in our listing, we will provide insurance if it is available.
