Based on years of our online experience. we have 100% confidence in the playability of our product, but if we're wrong, either a replacement or full and immediate refund is guaranteed. For the new products, factory sealed and not accessible for inspection, we guarantee playability or replacement / refund all the same, once we recover the item and determine it has manufacturer's defect.

yes, they are in stock and ready to ship. as soon as an item is sold, the item gets deleted. however, every now and then, a listed item that was just sold at our physical store gets sold online BEFORE we delete it from the online inventory. also, items can get misplaced in our physical inventory, rendering them practically unavailable. we do our best to minimize such possibilities and respectfully request your generous understanding.

we describe the condition as best as we could at the time of listing. 1) like new or mint means no visible damage. 2) all products are guaranteed to play perfectly, whether or not there is any visible wear / skuf / damage. 3)skuf means superficial damage that doesn't affect playability.
